    How to make an appointment

  • You can reach us by phone at 06782-10 90 90. First you may hear a recorded welcome message. Please press 7 for English. To get connected with the reception desk, please press 0 or simply stay on the line.

  • The reception desk can be contacted Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

  • Our regular clinic hours are Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

  • Same day appointments can be arranged for more urgent cases. Surgery usually requires a pre-examination or consultation.

  • In emergencies you can reach us 24 hours a day, even on holidays including Christmas and New Year`s Eve. While knowing that your pet`s health is our first priority please take into consideration that the members of our team need periods of rest in order to bring you and your pet their best performance.

  • If your pet has been previously treated please bring all records, examination/test results and also -if available- your home veterinarian`s referral slip to the appointment.

  • You may also give details about your pet on this registration form and bring it to your appointment or forward it to us by fax or e-mail.

    How do I settle my bill?

  • Payment of the bill is principally due in full after treatment. Surgeries require a pre-payment of 70% of the estimated cost, the remainder of the bill is due at the patient?s release.

  • Payments can be made in cash, by check / debit card as well as by Visa or Euro Card.

  • Everybody on our team truly loves animals. We will always try to help, also if the budget for your pet?s treatment is limited. In this case, the treatment can sometimes be fitted to only what is absolutely necessary, helping you save on expenses.

  • In some individual cases, a payment plan can be set up in order to save a patient?s life.

    Cost estimate

  • Costs are set in accordance to standard tariffs for veterinarians. Asking for a costs estimate is in both the interest of the caregiver and the client, especially if extensive diagnostics or surgery is required.

  • As a rule the costs will be explained to you anyway by the veterinarian treating your pet, the veterinary assistant or by the receptionist before the diagnostic examination or treatment is given.

  • An extra fee has to be charged for treatment given during night time, Sundays and holidays.

    Waiting periods

    The amount of time needed to accurately diagnose the cause of an illness or give extensive treatment varies from case to case and therefore cannot be precisely predict.
    Time delays may occur also by the varying and a lot of times serious illnesses of our patients which have often come a long way, as well as by unpredictable emergencies.
    It is therefore not always possible for us to see you at the exact time of your scheduled appointment.
